Position Summary The Instructional Designer will be responsible for the development and branding of the design of instructional materials for various learning platforms. They will work closely with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to create engaging and effective learning experiences.

This role is based in Warsaw / partially remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Create an identity for our digital learning

• Come up with innovative ideas for new trainings particularly in the field of sustainability

• Capacity to create a MVP within a short time frame

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to understand and identify instructional design needs

• Design and develop instructional materials such as e-learning modules, instructor-led and student-led training materials, and assessments

• Utilise learning theories and instructional design models to create engaging and effective learning experiences

• Create and edit multimedia elements (graphics, videos, etc.) to enhance instructional materials

• Evaluate and revise instructional materials as needed

• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in instructional design and sustainability

• Native level English, both written and spoken, is mandatory. French would be a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in multilingual environments
• Strong problem-solving skills are essential for troubleshooting learner/facilitator issues quickly
• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field
• 3 + years of experience in instructional design or a related field
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools including Articulate 360 & Storyline, Camtasia, Moodle and LearnWorlds LMS
• Adobe Captivate, (Photoshop would be a plus)
• Google Suite, (Notion would be a plus)
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Experience with graphic design and multimedia production is a plus
• Understanding the complexities of localising content is also beneficial for this role
