Job description
About the role:

Every year, INCO Academy’s Get into Tech course trains hundreds of individuals on fundamental tech skills, such as web development and design, digital marketing, data analytics and SEO. Learners are also trained on employability skills, such as interview skills, resume preparation, networking, feedback and critical thinking, so they can navigate the workplace and job market with confidence. You will need some flexibility with the course content, which could change depending on the cohort, the skills needed and partners.
We are looking for engaging and motivated individuals to become INCO Academy Instructors for our Get into Tech course in Australia.
Your role is to facilitate two half-day workshops per week (online), for four weeks each time, which is the duration of the course. This role is perfect for someone with technical skills and experience in the tech industry, coupled with employability know-how.
Instructors are paid per course and require an ABN to invoice INCO Australia Ltd.

- Facilitation experience for groups of up to 20 people.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Technical (i.e. WordPress, WIX, SEO, some programming, understanding of tech industry roles).
- Technical skills to deliver presentations online, arrange break-out groups, track engagement and use Slack to communicate and collaborate with students.
- INCO is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
