Who are they?

Inbolt is a solution for the industry, which simplifies the use of robotics.

We are developing artificial intelligence to automate complex tasks in unconstrained environments by making possible the installation of robotic arms.

We have developed a solution composed of a vision-based positioning physical device with embedded 3D cameras and a software platform that simplifies the use of robots. The device can be attached to any industrial robot and give them the capacity to perceive their work environment.

We currently work with the top aerospace and French automotive industries such as Airbus, Stellantis, Thales, Safran, PSA, ArianeGroup, and others.

We just raised a €4m Seed round, and we have several open positions: software engineers, developers, sales, etc. for full-time jobs and internships. We are headquartered in Paris, France.

Job description

Responsibilities:
As the Office Manager, you will work directly with Rudy, the CEO, and your global mission will be to create the best work experience for the team and make their office life as attractive as possible. You’ll be at the heart of Paris’s culture and employee experience.

To achieve this goal you will :

  • Manage the day-to-day life of the office in Paris (Support employees with issues of their equipment and office-related questions, shopping, and supplies, organize breakfasts, prepare meeting rooms, small maintenance…)
  • Ensure the office is stocked correctly (from the laptops to coffee) and monitor the office budget
  • Manage and be creative in the organization of weekly and monthly events: after works, offsite, surprises, and activities
  • Administrative support for our Accounting function: logging, tracking, and paying
    invoices
  • Administrative support for our HR function: data entry on various RH platforms like
    Payfit or OPCO, assist onboarding, owning the Office Manual
  • Organize internal and external events with support from the Sales team
  • Organize and manage professional trips for employees

Details:
Start date: ASAP
Location: Paris - the position will take place in our new office 13 rue du 4 Septembre, 75002 Paris.

Preferred experience

Skills we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Office Manager (or Admin Assistant)
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills - in French and English
  • You have a strong sense of service and you know how to organise and prioritise your different tasks
  • You love organizing events and making people happy.
  • Experience using Payfit & Notion is a plus
