⭐️ We need you ⭐️

Reporting to the Head of Sales Europe of Implicity, your mission is to co-build Implicity’s German client portfolio and achieve a leadership position in Germany.
This role requires hands on knowledge of the product and service allowing to confidently run demos and give presentations to prospects, identify personalized buying obstacles and craft personalized value propositions, negotiate actual terms, and close opportunities.

★ You build and develop new accounts and new business for our cardiac remote patient monitoring platform in EP/cardiology in the assigned region, by actively prospecting:
o German medical centers implanting cardiac implantable electronic devices
o Cardiologists from the “outpatient sector” who are reimbursed for this activity

★ You develop and implement sales strategies by determining the relevant factors (e.g., product, competition, pricing needs) of existing and potential accounts to effectively promote the company’s products to appropriate hospital/clinic personnel and physicians.

★ You develop action plans by analyzing monthly & quarterly sales figures and reports, identifying the needs of particular accounts and collaborating with the leadership team to help the organization achieve its annual sales goals

★ You leverage existing relationships with EP physicians and staff to understand any issues / challenges in order to provide a solution to best support and service the customer,

★ You identify the needs, goals, and challenges faced by clinicians through meetings and asking in-depth questions of physicians and other hospital personnel in order to provide a solution or fill in patient management gaps.

★ You then feed our Product department with top market insights enabling our company to keep our offering ahead of the local competition

★ You present quotes and contracts to hospital administration and decision makers in a clear and professional matter, that address specific customer’s needs while satisfying company guidelines and policies

★ You develop relationships with medical personnel (e.g. through casual conversation, meetings, participation in conferences) to make new contacts in other departments within the hospital and to identify key purchasing decision makers in order to facilitate future sales.

★ You represent the company in conferences, symposiums, congresses and exhibitions dedicated to the company’s business sector so that our company gains high visibility in Germany

To succeed in your mission, you will be can rely on a very Supportive Sales Team, including Karsten, the 1st German BizDev and Edouard, you’re future very supportive Manager.

At Implicity, you will have a weekly meeting with your Manager, to help you succeed in your mission, and continuously improve you skills.
Each team works with quarterly OKR, to be crystal clear, fair and honest with your targets.
The annual appraisal is shared exchange moment, focused on your development.

🥉 Your Background
★ You have a Master degree from a business school, an engineering school or technological university
★ You have at least 5 years experience in the Cardiac Implantable Electronic Devices (CIED) industry (ideally at manufacturers) or in the Cardiac Remote Monitoring (CRM) industry in a client facing role
★ You have a strong network among the German cardiac electrophysiologists and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) in the sector
★ You have demonstrated sales success or extensive clinical experience with cardiac implantable electronic devices or in the cardiac remote monitoring industry, with a proven top track record


🥈 Your Hard Skills
★ You have a strong familiarity with the clinical/hospital/sales industry in EP/CRM and are able to transfer knowledge to cardiac remote monitoring.
★ You act as a commercial hunter, you know how to find the right decision-maker among the medical and administrative teams
★ You have an extensive network among EPs, KOLs, and major health care systems
★ You master strategic selling skills and know how to address long sales cycles with different stakeholders at medical centers
★ You speak fluently German and English

💰 Remuneration & Benefits
★ For this job, your fixed salary will be between 70 - 100K€ depending on your experience
★ 25% variable pay based on annual objectives (uncapped commission)
