Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for
• Enriching and updating the database
• Providing several market analysis
• Participating to the program editing and planning
• Assisting with recurrent multiple administrative tasks
• Planning and coordinating speakers and lectures
• Overseeing on-site activities, including registration, delegates and speakers assistance
• Following precise processes to ensure that the objectives established for each congress are fulfilled

Job Requirements/Qualifications
This position required good communication skills and involves being meticulous
• Bachelor’s degree in business, tourism or communication
• Excellent English skills
• Past experience in the medical/beauty industry is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and be self driven within a team structure
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks at one time
• Knowledge of Canvas, InDesign, Photoshop would be a plus
