Descriptif du poste

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will focus on managing and developing IMCAS Americas sales and product delivery. Your mission will be to manage and develop a portfolio of clients and products with the aim to answer our community needs and create long term and trusting relationships with our clients. Our essential job duties are the following:
• Selling solutions to a portfolio of existing sponsors, as well as developing new clients
• Generating leads via phone, online and sales presentation, enriching the database
• Preparing promotional plans, sales brochures and sales season products
• Proposing new products, analyzing the performance
• Process and input products and orders and contracts into our systems
• Managing the delivery of products
• Handle email correspondence and multiple administrative duties
• Following precise processes to ensure that the objectives established are fulfilled
IMCAS AMERICAS takes place in South America (in Colombia in 2023 and in Brazil in 2024).


Profil recherché

This position involves being rigorous, organized, analytic and energetic
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration
• English speaker (fluent), and Spanish or Portuguese speaker
• At least 3 years in a similar position
• Background in the congress industry and/or medical/aesthetic industry
• Track record in achieving/exceeding sales quotas and in developing new business
• Both ability of account management and development
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to be self-driven within a team structure, manage multiple tasks at one time
