Business Development Representative Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Performs high-level discovery outbound calls

  • Conducts deep market research to identify key players

  • Facilitates email campaigns

  • Schedules appointments for sales

  • Utilizes sales tools to give detailed information to prospective clients

  • Assists in defining sales initiatives

  • Coordinates with the appropriate sales rep for qualified business opportunities

  • Ensures alignment with overall sales strategies


Profil recherché

Business Development Representative Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of business development or sales experience preferred

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM tools or similar applications

  • Knowledge of business processes and sales techniques preferred

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills

  • Master equivalent

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback

  • Knowledge of the Financial Industry and ESG/ Sustainability topics.

  • Language skills is a plus : German for example


Déroulement des entretiens
