Opportunity for impact

Along with its traditional clients, iBanFirst is serving a selective number of digital assets actors (Market makers, Exchange and Brokers) for their FX and payments needs.

To further accelerate its growth and innovative offer, iBanFirst is looking for a head of Institutional sales directly reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer.

The Head of Institutional Sales will need among other things to:

  • Develop the business on digital assets actors and other types of institutional clients.
  • Coordinate with all support functions to create the adapted operational setup to serve these clients: Operations, Risk, Compliance, Product, Development, Legal.
  • Follow business performance and profitability on this specific scope of clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • Strong experience in FX trading / High Frequency Trading / Arbitrage.
  • Understanding of compliance requirements and learning attitude about new crypto-industry trends and regulations.
  • Ability to interface directly with a diverse range of clients, establish and nurture client relationships.
  • Analytical skills, data/process orientation, fast-paced.
  • Ultimate collaborator with proven problem-solving skills and an ability to work cross-functionally at all levels.
  • Resourceful outlook, humble, open-minded, hands-on, team-orientated, down to earth.
