The Role

As a Technical Consultant on our Premier Services Team you will work with HubSpot largest customers on an ongoing basis. You will manage between 25-30 customers and act as their dedicated technical resource within HubSpot. You will be paired with an Inbound Consultant who will manage your customers marketing and sales consulting needs.

The day to day involves a mix of email and phone support with some pre-scheduled training sessions for newer customers in their onboarding period. Your cases can range from simple product troubleshooting to advanced integrations, email deliverability or API support. Working with customers on an ongoing basis, there’s a unique opportunity to gain an intimate understanding of your customer’s businesses and see your technical solutions through to implementation.

We are looking for people who have:

Experience in a senior technical support/web development position Fluency in French and English.

Technical skills:

Comfortable troubleshooting and fixing HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript issuesExperience with REST APIsBonus - experience with Salesforce.com CRM set up and administrationBonus - experience with marketing automation software

Customer services skills:

Ability to build long term relationships with customersAbility to consult with customers on technical issues and recommend long term solutionsAbility to present to multiple roles and levels within an organisationAbility to handle escalated situations and handle objections from customersBonus - experience with remote software training for customers
