About your opportunity

The Operations Productivity team mission is to transform Hubspot’s systems to be flexible and intentional to achieve strategic goals. Our users live and breathe scaling the business, and we’re looking for a talented product designer to work with us on making the revenue operations experience the best that it can be.

The work on this team will have a major impact on refining and reimagining the way Hubspot uses our own products to support our go to market teams and our customers. A successful designer in this role is one that thinks in ecosystems and not just features, can create and innovate even in a high complexity space, and is excited to figure out answers to questions like: How can we make go to market reps more productive.

Our Flywheel team are experts in smoothing rough edges and making our internal tools frictionless to use. They are working on problems in our own internal instance of HubSpot, so the user base is easy to access and excited to participate in the product-building process. Our team builds for HubSpot’s front line sales reps, ops teams and partners, so they can perform their best work and continue to generate continuous value for customers at scale. About you

Here’s a clear view of what success looks like:

  • Co-create a shared strategy, vision, and cohesive roadmap for the future of this product area in partnership with product management and engineering peers

  • Drive alignment, set goals, and drive understanding and motivation with your partners and team

  • Understand your customer to build compelling journey scenarios, information architecture, interaction flows, and visual designs

  • Work autonomously and with customer experience in mind, using our Canvas design system for a fast, efficient process with fewer handoffs

  • Collaborate closely with researchers and content designers to create, refine, and iterate on new and existing experiences

  • Mentor other designers as you play an active role in growing HubSpot’s UX team and culture.
