One of the Corporate Development and Strategy team’s focuses is on building out HubSpot’s partnerships to ensure that HubSpot integrates deeply with other fast-growing best-in-class SaaS products and collaborates to reach new customers and serve them better. Your core focus will be partnering internally across our Flywheel Teams to ensure HubSpotters are enabled to drive success with customers through our Strategic Alliances, Platform Partners and Data Sync.

In 2022, a major goal of HubSpot’s Corporate Development & Partnerships team is to expand and enhance HubSpot’s global growth via partnerships in EMEA.

As a Partner Enablement Specialist, you will be a key member of the Corporate Development team, responsible for executing the strategy and new programs that maximize enablement impact. You’ll drive cross functional initiatives in a fast paced and evolving environment. We are looking for individuals who have a desire to learn, create and iterate.

This role will report into the Manager of Partnerships Enablement & Operations.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Execute and iterate integration partner internal enablement: The role will continue to build upon existing internal enablement plays. You’ll have the opportunity to create live and asynchronous content with the goal of helping our Flywheel reps gain better awareness and eventually mastery impactful integrations.
  • Identify additional complementary program opportunities: As a team we are looking to constantly improve our current plays to ensure they generate the most impact across our customer base through our customer facing Flywheel team. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to change that will have an impact on HubSpot’s customer base in accelerated growth countries.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with internal stakeholders: In order to achieve successful outcomes, this role requires substantial cross-functional alignment across key stakeholders in the business. The alignment will require collaborating with functional leaders to manage partnership programs and advocate for approaches through which the Corporate Development and Strategy team can resolve blockers. You will collaborate across the Flywheel Teams, including sales, marketing, customer success, and business enablement among others.

We are looking for people who:

  • Professional-level fluency of English & French OR German is required
  • Possess experience leading cross-functional strategic projects that span multiple offices and regions.
  • 2+ years of experience in Learning and development, Internal Enablement and/or Marketing departments of a growing organization
  • Demonstrate the ability to get complex things done and drive organizational-wide impact
  • Adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a high-growth SaaS business
  • Enjoy promoting team efforts across the business to highlight the value of team efforts
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, including a strong attention to detail
