HubSpot has partnered with leading ad platforms Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook to create deep integrations with the HubSpot CRM that enable customers to more easily and more impactfully use the ad platforms to help grow their business.

As a marketing manager on the partnership marketing team, you will own and execute on creating global campaigns that drive integration connections for our Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook apps.

Today, we create marketing and support with sales enablement materials that bring awareness to our integrations, and help our customers use them to the best of their ability. This Marketing Manager will focus on international campaigns and global synergy to increase our integration connections in EMEA, APAC, ANZ, LATAM, and UK&I.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Ideate on new global campaigns to support our ad network partnerships.
  • Use HubSpot marketing tools to set up landing pages, emails, and CTAs for global marketing campaigns.
  • Work cross functionally with our international regional marketers to create campaigns that fit their goals.
  • Work cross functionally with HubSpot marketing teams (blog, social, YouTube, email, app marketplace, product, and others) to find opportunities for distribution for partner campaigns.
  • Create imaginative and new ways to drive awareness of our ad network integrations globally, whether through paid, sponsorships, collaborations, new channels, and more.
  • Work with our Google/LinkedIn/Facebook partners to ensure campaigns drive our partner goals forward.
  • Document process for global ad network campaigns and report on success metrics.

We’re looking for people who are:

  • Exceptional at building relationships with strategic partners and regional marketing teams
  • Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills across business development and marketing teams.
  • Have a drive for urgency to work through projects with tight timelines and many moving parts.
  • Are comfortable with change and a dynamic environment where things can be ambiguous, move quickly and often change.

Extra experience (a plus, not a requirement):

  • Experience in partner marketing or working with a strategic partner program
  • Experience launching global campaigns across many time zones
