To sustain Hublo growth acceleration in France and abroad, through inbound acquisition especially, we need to hire someone who masters paid acquisition tools (advertising campaigns, SEA etc).
With our Head of Marketing, and the B2C Brand Manager, you’ll have to implement our online acquisition strategy : steering and operational management of campaigns, analysis of our performance, improvements… by the management of online acquisition levers (SEA, Google Ads, Fb ads, Display), by data analysis, reporting and conversion optimization.
Within the Marketing Team and reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will participate in the implementation and follow-up of our acquisition campaigns on all channels, with a double objective:
You will be able to develop an effective traffic acquisition plan via the different levers (SEO, SEA, social media) to generate new leads.
You will proactively monitor the performance of the campaigns to ensure a controlled cost per lead. It includes the following missions :
