As a scale-up, Hublo is facing multiple and ambitious challenges in the Engineer department and is looking for a passionate and talented QA Engineer.

As one of the first QA Engineer, you will play a key role by helping us deliver our products and features at a fast pace, while reaching the highest possible levels of quality.

You will define and implement the test in front of the global quality strategy to make sure that our CI/CD pipeline is safe and we won't break anything during a deployment.

Your missions:
- Work with the team lead on improving our software testing strategy;
- Create and support test automation framework;
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines;
- Identify, record, document, and track bugs;
- Communicate with product and technical stakeholders about the improvements following the strategy, sharing of experiences, best practices and lessons learnt.

Additionally, you will:
- Create and maintain an E2E test coverage on all our products;
- Create and maintain automated test on all our products;
- Collaborate with technical stakeholders to evangelize our quality strategy & vision;
- Be in charge of the test automation (Cypress).

Our organization and our stack:
We focus on recent technologies with a constant need for improvement and optimization. It also means a lot of autonomy within teams and collective decision-making. The Engineering team is divided in 4 squads and 3 chapters. 

Preferred experience

- 3 to 5 years of XP in software automation testing (Javascript or Typescript);
- **ISTQB** Foundation certification would be a plus;
- You are proficient in front-end and back-end testing tools and approaches (API testing, UI, Selenium-based tools) and familiar with agile processes;
- You are a "problem solver" and you are eager to constantly learn new technologies;
- You are product-focused: you have a true passion for product development and you won't suffer any bug related to a product;
- You are result-oriented: you care of the results and wants to achieve them quickly and efficiently. You don't spend too much time working on the theory;
- You can work with limited supervision, but you are also happy to brainstorm on technical solutions and are receptive to feedback;
- You want to do good tech by following best practices (unit test, continuous integration, etc.);
- You are a team player and you have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
