We are opening the first position of Product Analyst in the Product team! You will report to the Head of Product.

Your mission? You will feed the product development strategy with a data centric approach. Very close to the different operational teams, you will support them and challenge them through your analyses.

The team is working hard to deliver maximum impact and a unique user experience to staff in healthcare facilities!

As a Product Analyst, you will work on a few topics 🙂

  • 📊 Co-designing and monitoring the KPIs necessary for the initiatives success
  • 💡 Identifying opportunities through the analysis of data and user journeys
  • 📈 Building meaningful dashboards to analyze the product evolution impact
  • 🧠 Understanding the usage and patterns of our solution across segments and cohorts
  • ⚒️ Being the guardian of product analysis tools and ensuring the good quality of the data tracking
  • 💨 Operating in a lean and iterative mindset focused on delivering value at high velocity
  • 🫂 Working collaboratively with team members such as product managers, engineers, designer, as well as with core data team members such as data analysts

Segment, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Metabase, Hotjar, Stitch (Data Team), DBT (Data Team)

Profil recherché

  • You have a previous experience in Product Analytics in SaaS B2B
  • We are looking for someone with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in this position (Data Analyst, Web Analyst, Business Analyst,…)
  • You have a degree in an analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Management Science).
  • You are a black belt in at least one Product Analytic tool (Amplitude, Mixpanel,…)
  • You have prior hands-on experience with data, proficiency in SQL
  • You have great communications skills, empathy, power of conviction & diplomacy with the ability to step back and synthesize
  • You have business proficiency in English, written and spoken
  • This position is located in Paris, with a flexible remote policy (no full remote possible)
