Who are they?

Hublo builds a simple and user-friendly digital platform to help hospitals, clinics and retirement homes find staff easily and efficiently, so that they can refocus on their core mission: saving lives.

Better managing staff on a daily basis, saving time and improving the quality of life at work are strong issues highlighted by the Covid-19 crisis. During this crisis, pursuing its mission, Hublo pro bono offered its platform by creating the initiative #Renforts-Covid, to encourage solidarity among healthcare professionals. In partnership with 11 of the 13 regional branches of the Health Ministry in France, Hublo helped gather more than 60,000 volunteer professionals in 2 months, who supported 6,000 healthcare facilities in crucial need for extra-hands during this epidemic.

At the end of 2020, Hublo is deployed in almost 2,000 healthcare facilities and is used by more than 200,000 healthcare professionals, thus contributing to the healthcare system digitization and to the hospital of the future.

From +100 team members today in Paris and Sophia-Antipolis, the Hublo team is still growing in France and beyond. Recently, they opened an office in Cologne in Germany.

Job description

We are looking forward to recruiting an IT Manager.

Hublo is growing fast, and we need someone with an entrepreneurial spirit to join the adventure and support us on all IT matters!

You will report directly to our CFO and work on a wide range of topics. If you are hands-on, motivated, and forward-thinking, you will find in Hublo an exciting opportunity to make a real difference with plenty of room to grow.

We look for someone passionate about IT, to help us scale as a team and as a company.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the IT service desk and provide on-site or remote user support
  • Managing IT equipment throughout the firm (computers, screens, Wi-Fi and other accessories)
  • Managing the IT onboarding process (hardware orders, computers set-up)
  • Managing access rights across all our digital tools
  • Hosting training sessions for new joiners on our key tools: Dashlane, Google Workspace, Slack, Front, Notion
  • Training co-workers on network security and best practices for computer usage
  • Writing an IT charter summarizing internal rules and practices
  • In the medium term, contribute to structuring our IT department and upgrade our tools and processes to match industry best practice in terms of performance and security

Preferred experience

  • You have a degree in computer science or a related field and 1-5 years of relevant working experience
  • You have experience managing a 100+ MacBook fleet
  • You are experienced using an MDM, ideally Jamf
  • You have strong knowledge in one or more of the following: Dashlane, Google Workspace, Slack, Front, Notion
  • You have experience in support for macOS
  • You have an excellent sense of service and a positive mindset
  • You are capable of proactively coming up with tools and processes improvement suggestions
  • You are determined, result driven, you know how to define an objective and complete it quickly
  • Independent, you can work with limited supervision and are receptive to feedback
  • You are fluent in French and fully work proficient in English
