The Product & Tech Support team is the point of entry for the Client Relations team for all Tech & Product subjects. The team’s goal is to continually improve the team’s organization and processes to support growth and to ensure the perfect delivery of our product and services.
As our client portfolio is expanding, we are looking for an Integration Project Manager to ensure the conduct of our high complexity projects with healthcare establishments. A strong technical background, a strong problem-solving ability, and a keen sense of communication are essential for this position. Your expertise will lead you to work - as an expert and guarantor of the use of Hublo solutions - both with internal players and with customers.
You will be in charge of ensuring Hublo develops and maintains efficient and scalable integrations with other software editors and has the right internal tools to industrialize integrations activations on all its clients base.
Missions
- Own end-to-end responsibility on integration projects for several clients, from the kick-off to the final validation committee, including the technical framework
- Conduct workshops with clients to identify their needs and identify solutions for integrating our solution
- Find clever solutions to the technical problems raised and identify functionalities to be developed by the tech and product teams
- Train and assist the client in the use of our technical solutions
- Create and maintain internal and external documentation about existing integrations
- Ensure internal teams training to sell, activate and monitor existing integrations.
- Support internal teams on integrations activations and pre-sales meetings ; create an activation playbook and automate manual actions. If needed, exchange directly with end-client
- Communicate internally about new integrations and assist marketing and sales teams in defining the right materials
- Assist the sales or the customer success team to understand the client’s needs and refine its use cases
- Set up new working tools for the team in order to improve its efficiency
