Descriptif du poste

We are looking for a high energy and results-driven HR Generalist to join Hublo HR team!

Hublo is growing fast: with more than 65 Hublers spread across Paris, Sophia Antipolis and Köln, we will hire 50 to 100 people in the next 2 years!

You will work inside our HR team and report to our Head of People, while working hand in hand with our future Talent Acquisition Manager and our internal teams. In this role, you will drive all operational aspects of the HR lifecycle while being one of the first points of contact for our Hublers and working on a wide variety of HR projects. You are an ambassador of our culture and spread it every day!

On a daily basis, your missions are:

Payroll and admin processes

  • Run the payroll on Payfit in a seamless way
  • Handle all HR recurrent tasks for new hires: employment contracts, occupational medicine and health insurance registrations, meal vouchers, etc.
  • Maintain information stored within Payfit and relevant dashboards for tracking HR administrative processes (probation period follow-up, employee data changes, etc.)
  • Be the main point of entry for all internal HR questions (sick leave, vacation, transportation, certificates, etc.) and ensure they are treated in a timely way and appropriately resolved

HR development

  • Ensure and coordinate the new hire onboarding process: tools access, internal communication, welcome emails, welcome kits, physical integration of new hires, etc.
  • Regularly measure Hublers engagement and take concrete actions to keep cohesion between teams
  • Take an active role in the improvement and the roll-out of a training plan and of our performance evaluation process
  • Own or participate in related HR projects: implementation of an HRIS, CSE elections, development and engagement topics, team buildings

Profil recherché

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Laws or Business Administration
  • 2+ years in a HR generalist role, ideally in a growing startup
  • You are service-oriented and a people person: you enjoy interacting with others, you are a good listener and are keen on receiving feedback
  • You are reliable, you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and jump in to get things done
  • You have great interpersonal and communication skills including an exemplar spelling
  • You are highly organized, pragmatic and able to apply and follow-up processes with accuracy and in a timely manner
  • You are eager to learn, grow and you’re also a self-starter who works well without constant supervision
  • You go beyond identifying issues or challenges and focus on how to address them. Not only solve it but be proactive about them!
  • Full proficiency in English
  • Strong team spirit and fit with Hublo values
  • Some legal background and knowledge of Syntec are a plus
