As a Customer Success at Hublo, your mission will be to guarantee the adoption of the product and the loyalty of our customers in the long term.

After a complete onboarding phase to give you all the means to succeed, your missions will be the following:

  • Manage the deployment process of new customers, including the training of the administrators of the establishments in direct relation with the General Management and the Human Resources Department of healthcare establishments ranging from 100 to 15000 employees.
  • Monitor the platform’s usage and performance indicators at your customers’ sites to define and build the success plan adapted to each one.
  • Identify the areas of improvement in customer relations and do not hesitate to implement them.
  • Be the guarantor of customer satisfaction by being responsive and listening to solve their problems.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and implement strategies to grow your accounts.

Profil recherché

  • Fluent in French
  • Graduate of a business school
  • You are comfortable speaking and writing in daily interactions with a wide variety of users and a wide range of digital tools.
  • You are analytical, rigorous and find solutions to every problem.
  • You have a genuine interest in digital products and user experience.
  • You are ambitious and want to impact the development of a high-potential startup, with opportunities for you to grow internally.
  • You want to work in a great atmosphere!
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English (all internal written communication is in English) and in French
