As Hublo is entering a new market in Spain, we are looking for a results-driven Business Developer / Sales Executive who will work on convincing healthcare institutions, be responsible for the entire sales cycle, and then recruit, train and manage a team of Business Developers.

As the ideal Sales Executive for Hublo in Spain, here are your missions:

  • Be responsible for the sales cycle from A to Z: from the identification of potential new customers, the first contact to the successful conclusion of the deal
  • On top of meetings booked by our local partner, generate your own pipeline by cold calling, emailing, working network, sourcing referrals, attending shows, and maintaining relationships with opportunities
  • Research the needs of the potential customers and find out how to create value for them
  • Establish and build relationships with high-level interlocutors like hospital, clinic or group directors
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of our product and deliver awe-inspiring product demos
  • Manage your sales pipeline in CRM with a high degree of structure and by adopting Hublo sales process and methodology
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (ie Customer Success, Marketing, Product…) in order to ensure a seamless customer experience and a successful onboarding

Profil recherché

  • You have a Master Degree or equivalent
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally with a SaaS solution, in both French and Spanish markets
  • You have outstanding communication and negotiation skills with a natural ability to build relationships
  • You are hands-on, proactive, independent and you are able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the sale cycle
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to transform the healthcare sector
  • You are computer literate (Google suite, Slack, Notion, etc.)
  • Your native language is Spanish, you are fluent in English and French
