Our Chief Financial Officer is looking forward to recruiting a Senior Accountant. Hublo is growing fast, and we need someone with an entrepreneurial spirit to join the adventure and help us build-up our accounting department!

As part of the Finance team, you will report directly to the CFO and work on a wide range of topics. If you are hands on, motivated and forward thinking, you will find in Hublo an exciting opportunity to make a real difference with plenty of room to grow.

We look for someone passionate about Accounting & Corporate Finance, to help us scale as a team and as a company.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Internalising accounting and implementing the relevant tools to do it;
• Adopting best accounting practices and ensuring reliability of financial information;
• Coordinating timely delivery of monthly and annual financial statements;
• Assisting with year-end financial audits;
• Making all relevant tax declarations (CIT, VAT, etc.);
• Reviewing and improving our invoicing processes and tools;
• Supervising the unpaid invoices recovery process;
• Hiring, training and managing a top performing accounting team in the medium term.

• You have a degree in Accounting and are ideally a certified Accountant;
• You have 5+ years of general accounting experience working in an accounting firm and have also ideally worked in a start-up or an SME-like environment;
• You are a team player with a great spirit, organised, thorough and who has the ability to work with autonomy, taking ownership and demonstrating self-initiative;
• You have a proven ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment, to perform and meet deadlines;
• You are fluent in French and work proficient in English.
