We’re looking for an enthusiastic, agile and proactive Social Media Manager to join the Communications department.

As Social Media Manager, you will manage the content planning, curation and story ideation for the Horace social handles. You will work with key social media and digital platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook etc., as well as seek out emerging platforms that can help us grow our customer base and brand. Success in this role requires a passion for social media, strong brand understanding, excellent project management skills, an aptitude for measurement and performance monitoring, a keen eye for compelling and innovative content, and a passion for continuous improvement. This role is based in Paris and will report to the Global Communication Director.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and lead the development of organic social media content for our brand
  • Oversee the social media content strategy to increase the engagement of our community across social platforms
  • Brief and work with the Creative team to develop engaging brand content
  • Track performance of social media campaigns, content, and overall health of the assigned social handles with regular reporting to the Communication Director
  • Partner with social platforms to identify new opportunities and develop innovative activations
  • Contribute to social content calendars and copy logs
  • Work with our Influencers Manager to help source UGC for the social feeds, as well as
    specific projects like advertisements, marketing materials, product launches, etc.
  • Leverage our followers to generate and acquire high-quality user generated content
  • Have a pulse on who our customers are and who they would most likely follow, trust, and buy
    from in the social space
  • Work cross functionally with multiple branches of the company (marketing, advertising, etc) to ensure that we are fulfilling their social needs

Profil recherché

  • Minimum 5 years of social media
  • Experience working with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, etc. and
    understanding their analytics/insights
  • Passion for storytelling, listening to what the community has to say, and providing engaging
    experiences in the social space
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and creative ideas on tight deadlines in a fast paced
  • An understanding of the Asian social media eco system
  • An experience in the beauty industry is appreciated but not mandatory
  • A visionary, expert in social media and that can think outside the box
  • Solution driven, and quick to readapt its strategy
  • French and English speaker
