We are looking for a JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER for our agency in Dubai.
You will :
• Drive 360 communication projects for our clients mainly from the food sector.

YOUR ROLE

• Set up operational 360° communication campaigns of our clients
• Actively participate in strategic recommendations to our clients and prospects
• Supervise and monitor Community Management (editorial calendars, sponsorship...) on behalf of our clients.
• Manage content (photos, videos, stopmotion, leaflets, promotional magazines etc.) and set up service provider briefs for these campaigns, monitoring projects and managing external teams.
• Coordinate with suppliers (printers, photographs, media etc)
• Implement the events organized for our clients (lunches, workshops, trainings , participation in trade fairs, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS

✔ Minimum 2 years experience in project management (marketing agencies or in-house, food & drinks, lifestyle)
✔ Passionate about Food & Drinks and deep understanding of / willing to discover, the environment and general culture of the food and drinks industry
✔ Mastery of communication techniques on the various 360° channels
✔ Excellent copy writing skills and oral expression, in English and French (Arabic would be a bonus)
✔ Mastery of project coordination, enjoy working in with multiple stakeholders
✔ Organized and reliable
✔ Strong sense of initiative
✔Familiar with Web 2.0 tools and social networks
