Descriptif du poste

  • Define and execute our global CRM vision and strategy to accelerate growth of the business (including Customer Segmentation, animation plan of Ad-hoc global campaigns, Conversion & Retention Strategy with a focus on marketing automation)
  • Build and manage a strong internal CRM team (additional recruitments planned in 2022!)
  • Develop & manage automated triggered and lifecycle email campaigns to continuously improve onboarding, engagement, and retention of HomeExchange members
  • Ensure we are able to deliver a more personalized user experience (ex: IA, scoring model)
  • Serve as the CRM expert with local teams to ensure high quality & impact of our ad-hoc localized email campaigns
  • Own project management and cross-functional campaign development workflows with Product, Analysis, Dev, Business, and local teams
  • Track performances and ensure we regularly optimize campaigns/workflows to maximize the business impact of your scope

Profil recherché

  • Extensive experience in CRM, Acquisition/Retention Management (5 years minimum)
  • Experience in building personalized marketing life cycles
  • Very strong data and analytical skills as well as a strong urge to drive innovation
  • You are customer obsessed and are highly skilled with target group specific communication and the ability to optimize copy and design accordingly
  • Leadership & Team management skills
