HOLLIS & BEAN is seeking a full-time Project Manager to manage its design and digital activities:

1. RESOURCE MANAGEMENT: organize internal and external resources, identifying talented designers and developers to support the agency’s design and digital projects and advising the editorial project management team on choice of supplier

2. PROJECT DEFINITION: work with clients to understand and define their communications objectives and advise them on appropriate content strategies and deliverables

3. PROJECT MANAGEMENT: liaise with clients to ensure projects run smoothly, to budget and to client and agency expectations; coordinate and brief internal and external resources; manage project quotes and invoicing

4. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: help grow existing accounts and provide support drafting proposals for new clients

The successful candidate will be an experienced project manager with:

• 3-5 years’ experience in a corporate communications agency
• Excellent interpersonal skills combined with genuine enthusiasm for helping clients reach their goals
• Exceptional attention to detail
• An eye for good design based on a thorough understanding of design principles
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously
• Capacity to manage a team of designers and developers to achieve project aims
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject
• Fluent French and English
• Familiarity with standard design and video tools and a good understanding of the advantages and constraints posed by common tools used by corporates

Please note that the working language of the agency is English. We communicate with clients in French or English, and most deliverables are in English.
