🌟 YOUR ROLE WILL BE

  • As TPO, you will join a tribe of two squads working on transversal topics (engineering tools, architecture, infrastructure, platform). You will coach a tech team on large technical scope, mostly around engineering tooling, architecture change (monolith → microservices) and our infrastructure (GCP). ☁️
  • Working closely with Emeline our TPM, we expect that you anticipate bottlenecks, build a consensus by understanding stakeholder's requirements and constraints. 🎓
  • Provide a clear communication, goals, roles, and responsibilities to the team. Of course, you will help identify, prioritize tasks to create a strong efficiency. 😉

    • ☘️ YOUR MISSION WILL BE

  • Manage the product vision: assess the product backlog and clarify gray areas. 🧹
  • Manage a timeline and scope: able to say no when you have to, reshape the roadmap if needed and assess risks (time management, clear roadblocks, ...). 🚚
  • Ensure product increments reach production in the best conditions. 😎
  • Communicate changes to cross-functional teams. 📣
  • Collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and products. 🕵️‍♂️
  • Maintain backlog, epics/user stories. 💪

    • ⚡️ YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU

  • Have a proven experience (+3y) as a Product Owner with technical scope.
  • Are familiar with Agile framework (Scrum). 🤸
  • Have organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Have excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus). 🇺🇸
  • Have problem-solving aptitude and pragmatic approach.
  • Have experience defining and validating minimum viable modules/features, working in iterative mode.
  • Have a global understanding of technical architecture and cloud infrastructure (Docker, GCP, K8s). 🐳
