🌟YOUR ROLE WILL BE :

Hivebrite is growing a lot and the HR team currently composed of 4 people is looking for a new person to join the team! As a Talent Coordinator you will join the Hivebrite Talent Team in Paris. You will work closely with our FR HR Manager on many HR topics.

You will be involved in a variety of different projects such as recruitment, onboarding, employer branding, training and administration. During your internship, you will have the opportunity to learn and consolidate your skills on a wide range of HR related topics!

🌟 RECRUITMENT

  • Writing and publishing job offers
  • Screening applications, interviewing, sourcing profiles and follow-up of processes
  • Follow-up of candidates and hirings managers in each step of the process

    • 🌟 INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION

  • Drafting of internal communication materials
  • Drafting of newsletters and follow-up of the referral program 
  • You will also contribute to the development of Hivebrite's employer brand by helping the team to develop the strategy, the communication materials and the operational implementation

    • 🌟 ADMIN

  • Managing onboarding & offboarding
  • Help on various ad hoc projects (legal, social, finance) 
  • Drafting and follow-up of internal policies
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties 

    • 🌟YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF:

  • You are currently in your 1st or 2nd year of master in Human Resources in a University or business school  
  • You have a first experience as an intern in Human Resources or in recruitment 
  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills in both French and English 
  • You are looking for a 6 months internship covered by a Convention de Stage 
  • You are rigorous and organized in your work

  • A 30 min video-call with our Head of HR to better know you and answer any of your questions at this stage of the process
  • A meeting in our office in Paris to meet the team 🤗
