🌟YOUR ROLE WILL BE : 

As a Global Talent Acquisition Manager, you will work closely with the HR team (France and US) to execute our challenging hiring plan. You will work closely with every Hiring Manager and play a key role in recruiting top candidates around the world.

🌟YOUR MISSION WILL BE:

  • To lead and to orchestrate recruitment processes with hiring managers and teams across our different offices in France, US and APAC
  • To use a multichannel sourcing approach to identify and contact A-players across the Sales, Customer Success and support’s function's spectrums
  • To assess candidates, ensuring their qualifications, ambitions and culture match with Hivebrite
  • To guide candidates through the interview process & to guarantee the best candidate experience
  • To  follow rigorously your pipeline of candidates and make sure your candidate NPS is great by using your own metrics and data
  • To coordinate arrivals and onboardings for successful candidates  (with the help of the HR team and the office manager)
  • To collaborate with the other TA Manager, HR and Marketing to build our employer branding across events, social media and external communication

    • 🌟YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF:

  • You have at least two years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a scale up or recruitment agency with a focus on Sales and Customer Success profiles
  • You have proven ability to manage multi channel sourcing campaigns and job boardsYou are comfortable negotiating and closing candidates
  • You are a real team player
  • You are structured and organized
  • You are a native English or 100% bilingual

    • 🌟FOR US, IT IS A BIG PLUS IF:

  • You are familiar with a start up / scale up work or a SaaS industry environments
  • You have an international experience and knowledge of the US or APAC market

  • A 60 min interview with HR Manager, FR
  • A business case with HR Manager, US and HR Manager, FR
  • A 60 min interview with Global Talent Director
  • A social event with a part of the team
