🌟YOUR ROLE WILL BE :

Hivebrite is looking for a Director of Professional Services that will be responsible for building, leading, and managing a team of consultants, onboarding specialists, and project managers.  You will focus on providing world class onboarding and ancillary services to our SMB and Enterprise customer base.  You will be responsible for strategy and overall P&L accountability of a global practice with a global ecosystem of employees. 

You will also be in charge of recruiting, leading, inspiring, and mentoring high-performing talent.

This role will report directly to the Chief Customer Officer.

🌟YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:

  • Oversee the planning, execution and management of complex and large transformational engagements at clients
  • Responsible for professional services quarterly revenue forecasting and communicating to leadership
  • Responsible for overall quality, engagement, and adherence to the schedule and budget for projects
  • Understand Hivebrite’s value proposition, technologies and services and help position them to our clients in the context of an overall engagement strategy
  • Manage executive level client relationships and provide team oversight with internal and external team members
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project managers, implementation specialists, and client leadership teams assigned to projects
  • Point of escalation with clients during onboarding
  • Establish partner relationships and initiatives within professional services
  • Mature available Professional services and create new services as needed
  • Drive outstanding issues to resolution while effectively managing client’s expectations
  • Collaborate in scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals
  • Engage with customers to understand their business drivers and portfolios

    • 🌟YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE:

  • Minimum 7 years experience in B2B Saas Companies 
  • Minimum 4 years building and leading Professional Services team
  • Deep expertise in all aspects of implementation and delivery, including customer engagement, project management, internal/external communication, and project monitoring
  • Ability to rapidly build, train and deploy high-performing teams capable of managing complex projects, responding to changing customer needs effectively, and driving execution
  • Relentless focus on quality, process improvement, scale and efficiency with the ability to incorporate team members, partners, 3rd parties, and technology-based solutions.
  • Native fluency in English
