🌟YOUR ROLE WILL BE:

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our growing team in NYC !

You will be mainly responsible for leading our recruitment strategy and managing our internal employee's lifecycle. In your role, you will also be involved in every legal disputes in the US and you will look after people development, employer branding and job satisfaction.

✏️Recruitment

  • Work with the Global HR team and local managers, testing, and interviewing program; recommend improvements.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks, job-boards, referral process...)
  • Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System (Lever)
  • Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies
  • ✏️Human Resources management & Employee relation

  • Define US HR policies via semi-annual handbook updates; prepare, propose, and implement new policies and procedures on an ongoing basis.
  • Work with internal global initiative teams to develop, construct, and implement initiatives in US that improve employee work-life.
  • Leverage knowledge of local markets (NY, CA, IL, TX) to take a holistic approach in developing sustainable and scalable firm-wide policies.
  • Develop and implement regular US specific trainings (feedback from Global team) to improve management, sensitivity / awareness, diversity, and other cultural needs.
  • Deliver US HR orientation, onboarding, expectations to new employees.
  • Lead candidate communication through offer letter process.
  • Manage disputes, grievances, employment questions, accommodations, etc. as needed.
  • ✏️Administration

  • Manage employee benefits; liaise with vendors to coordinate payroll / time adjustments, benefit accommodations, etc.
  • Liaise with law firms to obtain visas; develop guidance for international hires. (TBD)
  • Maintain historical human resource records, keeping past and current records organized and up to date.
  • Maintain candidate profiles to fit the firm’s recruitment needs.
  • Send and track documentation for onboarding, termination, performance reviews, visa processes, career track plans, other as needed.
  • Working with Global accounting & financial teams to process information for auditing, federal/state documentation & policies, other as needed.
  • Assist in office and facilities management
  • 🌟REQUIREMENTS - Technical skills

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • Able to work on several tasks concurrently
  • Extremely well-organized, with high attention to detailProficiency in Google suite (document, sheets, etc) required
  • Knowledge in Human Resources laws, policies, and practices within a growing organization
  • Adaptable problem-solving method with high emphasis on prioritization
  • Ability to explore multiple solutions, think quickly, and act under pressure
