YOUR ROLE:

The Head of Product at Hivebrite will be responsible for leading the product development process though the life-cycle from conception to launch to adoption and retention. Your goal will be to deliver a superior user experience with the help of your team.

You will direct your team to define new product features, prioritize the product roadmap, and contribute to tight product release cycles.

Reporting directly to the CPO, you will work closely with the CPO, CTO and VP of Engineering as well as design, customer success to establish, develop and share the product vision.

As manager of the Product Owner team, your responsibilities will include the development, structuration and organization of the product squads in order to support the company’s growth and the development of our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coach and mentor the Product Owners on Product Management best practices
  • Structure the squads to maximize their efficiency
  • Ensure the achievement of the Product team objectives by closely monitoring and following up on the squad OKR
  • Manage the product roadmap, keep the backlog alive and support the product and design teams in the management of their priorities.
  • Make sure that there is a constant focus on the quality of deliverables
  • Help the squads improve their velocity
  • Set up and improve our processes on the design, product and technology sides
  • Provide internal and external visibility on product developments
  • Participate or lead relevant meetings: product management, planning, backlog/vision refinement, sprint planning, demo and reviews
  • Evangelize the role of Product Management within our teams

Profil recherché

  • Previous experience in leading a team of product managers or product owners
  • Ability to translate a vision unto concrete actions
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and servant leadership skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
  • Experience in working with multiple squads including remote developers
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced and changing environment
  • Experience or knowledge of working within the world of development
  • B2B SaaS experience preferred
