Cohort is a community-led engagement platform designed for small and medium-size brands. Our solution empowers brands and organizations to offer exclusive experiences to their customers and community. With Cohort, brands can create meaningful and rewarding relationships with their customers.

We leverage the blockchain and NFT technology to easily manage access to a rich ecosystem of perks and benefits, and to transfer value back to the community.

Cohort was co-founded in March 2022 by Séraphie and Nathan.The platform was officially launched in May with our first customers.

💼 The position

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer. This is a unique opportunity to join Cohort as one of the first engineers and have a huge impact on the product and the technical stack.

You will work closely with Nathan, our CTO, and the rest of the team to build a world class platform from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and test product features end to end, from the user interface to the REST APIs
• Work closely with the founders and product team to shape the platform
• Leverage A/B testing and customer analytics tools to build a highly engaging platform for both brands and end users

• 5+ years in fullstack development: Experience working with React, REST APIs and SQL databases. Experience working with A/B testing frameworks
• Ownership mentality: you are a doer and have a bias for action, no task is below you. You like to own projects from start to finish
• Strong attention to details: code quality is important for you and you set a high bar
• Entrepreneurial mindset: you thrive in fast-paced environments where you have broad responsibilities. You are ambitious and want to take a part in the development of a world-class product and company
• Highly creative: you think outside the box and like to find creative solutions to hard problems
• Outstanding communication skills: you are at ease communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are passionate with what you do and know how to advocate for your ideas
• Team player: you perform well in a group and enjoy sharing knowledge with your peers
