    Job description

    Your internship with us will be an opportunity to develop your skills in HR, administration and Happiness.

    In support of the Happiness and Admin, HR manager your missions will be:

    • Process, verify and maintain employee documentation.

    • Participate in the implementation of the new HRIS tool.

    • Follow up on HR processes (onboarding process, mandatory training, etc.).

    • Participate in regulatory control of hiring.

    • Participate in the management of the payroll.

    • Provide assistance on Happiness & internal events (QWL questionnaires, Christmas Day, January ski seminar, welcome breakfasts, farewell parties…).

    • Provide support for day-to-day HR & Administrative issues and projects.

    • Promote Heuritech’s culture, values and brand internally and externally.

    Preferred experience

    • In your last year of a Master’s degree, you are looking for a contracted internship.

    • You speak English fluently.

    • Good management of priorities, organized and rigorous.

    • You are dynamic and have a strong sense of initiative.

    • You have strong interpersonal skills.

    • Willingness to work independently.

    Recruitment process

    • First interview (Zoom call): To understand what you are looking for and determine if there is a match
    • Test: Sent to you by email, to do at home and send back to us within one week
    • Second interview (onsite if possible): Debrief on the test and meet your future co-workers
