    Job description

    You will build, grow and deepen our customer relationships to ensure our customers’ are being successful in their use of Heuritech Solutions. Success team’ activities include Account management activities, insights exploration, project management and development a culture of customer success within the company.

    Your role in details

    1. Account strategy & Change management
      • Be responsible and manage your client portfolio
      • Define a tailored change management strategy to guide our clients in their digital transformation
      • Guide each client to generate valuable, actionable insights; Mentor customers’ ability to become “insight hunters” within the solutions
      • Build a strong relationship with our clients; find and manage « Champions » at client’s side ; identify risks and develop mitigation plans

    2. Adoption booster
      • Define account strategy plan and develop product adoption within each client in their different teams, using use case developed
      • Help identify and develop business case for cross-sell, up-sell, in close link with sales team

    3. Internal client advocate
      • Collect customer requirements; Evaluate them and coordinate clients’ brief with the technical team
      • Ensure good execution of client project: support Product, data or technical team for project completion

    Preferred experience

    • You have a first successful experience within Account Management or Consulting firms, with a focus on change management; experience in a Saas or retail company is a plus
    • You have excellent communication and presentation skills
    • You are proactive, willing to bring continuously insights and value to your customer portfolio
    • You have a strong interest in fashion, apparel, retail and technology
    • You are passionate and a great team player; at the same time, you have a “client first” mindset
    • Fluent in English and French; Italian is a plus
