    Founded in 2013 by two PhDs in Artificial Intelligence, Heuritech is changing the paradigm for AI in fashion.     Job description

    As a Community strategy and Event Manager in the fashion industry, you will be part of the Marketing Team at Heuritech, composed of five people (Head of Growth & Marketing, Fashion Content Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Growth Manager, Digital Marketing Intern).

    In close cooperation with several business managers and our CEO, your main missions will be to:

    1. Organise our CEO’s hot and cold networking
    2. Nurture our 3 communities (C-Levels, Merchandisers, and Designers)
    3. Organise physical and digital fashion events

    You have excellent organizational qualities and good redactional skills in both french and english.

    CEO’s Network

    Hot networking

    You will organize his relationships with close clients and prospects by:

    • Maintaining up-to-date his personal CRM
    • Checking the regularity of the contacts
    • Taking decisions according to the data

    Co-organize his networking agenda:

    • 1to1 meetings
    • Roundtables
    • Calls

    Cold networking

    You will help our CEO grow his networking by:

    • Finding new opportunities of contacts
    • Contacting relevant C-Levels on Linkedin and by email with personalized messages

    Communities animation

    You are in charge 3 communities:

    • Heuritech’s Executives Community
    • Merchandisers’ community
    • Designers’ community

    In relationship with all the marketing team, and particularly with the content manager, you are in charge of the growth and nurturing of our communities with regular digital and physical touchpoints with them.

    Fashion Events

    Digital Events

    We have monthly webinars created by our fashion experts, your job will be to:

    • Organize them
    • Communicate them to the relevant contacts of our communities
    • Acquire new members thanks to them

    Physical Events

    We have quarterly events (cocktail, breakfasts…) to present our most prestigious fashion reports, your job will be to:

    • Organize them
    • Communicate them to the relevant contacts of our communities
    • Acquire new members thanks to them

    Roundtables

    Once per quarter, with our C-Level community, we organize one physical and one digital roundtable to gather them to debate and exchange ideas, good practices and strategies, your job will be to:

    • Select the relevant contacts with the help of our CEO and business managers
    • Personnally invite them
    • Organize a prestigious dinner

    Trade fairs

    You will help the sales team meet new prospects by organizing their participation to trade fairs:

    • Organize them
    • Benchmark competition and new opportunities
    • Present the strategy to the sales

    Strategy

    Follow the evolution of the communities with relevant KPIs
    Weekly one-to-one meetings with the CEO and Fashion Director

    Preferred experience

    You are:

    • Looking for your end-of-studies internship in Master
    • Fluent in English
    • 6-months experience minimum

    Recruitment process

    • First interview (Skype call): To understand what you are looking for and determine if there is a match
    • Test: Sent to you by email, to do at home and send back to us within one week
    • Second interview (onsite if possible): Debrief on the test and meet your future co-workers
