YOUR ROLE

  • Manage, coach, train and support a team of 5 TSE located in France, Belgium and Netherlands.
  • Contribute to the development of PREMIUM brands such as Loctite, Teroson and Bonderite.
  • Drive project pipeline development and key initiatives execution in your region leveraging Sales Excellence program and related activities, creating demand at end-user level and focusing on hero applications development.
  • Execute as well as contributes to the development of global/regional/local Sales and Marketing plans in line with ACVM VRM strategies & tactics.
  • Collaborate proactively with front office team, technical department and coordinate Logistics, finance and other interdepartmental functions in order to optimize the quality of your business.
  • Make tactics to increase our solutions awareness to end-users.
  • Review and adapt our distribution footprint (Premium Partner..)
  • Ensure team follow daily reporting structure (activity, project pipeline, leads management) through ACE (CRM)
  • Provide market feedback on promotions and competitions activities

YOUR SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree holder with minimum 3 years team leading experience.
  • Prior good experience in Vehicle Maintenance Repair is an asset but not mandatory.
  • Excellent track record of working with professional distributors and end-users, developing long term customer partnerships.
  • Passion for people development with previous people management experience.
  • Strong business acumen and adaptability, to identify opportunities and generate value.
  • Enthusiastic leader who thrives in motivating and developing his/her team.
  • Team player
  • High self-motivation, good organisational skills, and the ability to prioritize workload and lead the sales forecasts.
  • Methodical and analytical problem-solving approach
  • IT literacy and affinity to learn & work with digital tools
  • Sensitivity to technical and automotive environments
  • Fluent in English and French, Dutch is a plus
