YOUR ROLE

  • The Account Manager is member of a global cross-functional team, drivingsales growth in France at Henkel's Global Power & Industrials Customers
  • Formulationand execution of regional key account strategy (short-/mid-/long-term)including an ambitious annual revenue plan and long-term target plan
  • Regularly updates of the Key Account strategic plan, 5 years strategicbusiness plan and annual forecast/execution
  • Providingstrategic plan presentations to Henkel and customer executives
  • Responsibilityfor regional revenue targets (top line and profit goals) as well as overallcustomer satisfaction
  • Providing clear direction and leadership to cross functional Henkel team(s)regarding regional account strategy, team member responsibilities andexpectations
  • Driving execution of key priorities and customer sales projects/opportunities
  • Translating customers strategy and priorities into a joint innovation roadmapand building a product development pipeline
  • Developing influential network on all key levels and dimensions with a focus onstrategic relationship development planning to drive growth

YOUR SKILLS
  • Bachelor's in engineering, Science or Business Administration is preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B/account management/technical service withintechnical sales and solution selling is required
  • Ability to work remote
  • Previous experience in specialty formulated materials
  • Experience in marketing & strategy is beneficial
  • Highly systematic and conceptional thinking skills
  • Strong skills leading cross functional project teams
  • Fluent in French & English. German would be a plus
