Growth Operations Manager

YOUR ROLE @GROWTH MARKETING TEAM

— As part of the Growth Marketing team, you will 1. Imagine, design and implement new smart marketing techniques, 2. Run super nice new experiments on every possible element of our products, and 3. Translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results, in order for us to accelerate growth of both Drivers and Passengers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Identify new business opportunities together with growth, product, and ops teams, and work with product & engineering teams to enable new use cases, features, and capabilities.

• Foresee game changing experiments that will help Heetch reach new targets.

• Significantly improve our Passenger and Driver CRM impact by enhancing our CRM stack (eg. Braze, HubSpot) and developing our internal products.

• Identify productivity tools and implement automated tasks (eg. through Zapier, Twilio, Infobip, Braze, research on Product Hunt…) to reach your goals faster, focus on what matters, and improve our growth machine.

• Conduct your own growth stack vision: set objectives and roadmap that will meet the business needs of Heetch, and communicate it effectively to internal and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate with other channel-specific marketing teammates (blogging, SEO, social media, local marketing, email marketers etc.) in order to identify areas for growth.

• Propose creative new projects and initiatives, from building free tools and apps that will attract prospects and convert leads, to testing new approaches to capturing existing demand.

• Orchestrate the execution of the product & growth team in partnership with engineering leaders and monitor the performance of all your team’s growth launches.

• Work closely and communicate in a timely manner with internal business leaders and other stakeholders to reach the objectives set.

• Define your target metrics, and build monitoring dashboards that will help stakeholders to keep track of your initiatives.

• Work hand in hand with our DataScience teams to agree on your experiment methodology and core metrics.

• Imagine new use cases based on the results observed, with a focus on iteration.

• Stay ahead of the curve with latest trends: in UI, UX, and digital marketing overall.

• Think out of the box!

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

• 3+ years experience in online advertising, CRM and/or growth marketing

• You are data-driven: clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics. 

• You love, and manipulate data with ease, and can both analyze a marketing funnel to size different growth opportunities, build tests to measure impact and synthesize complex results into actionable recommendations.

• You’ve got a solid A/B testing and data analytics experience, and you are performance oriented.

• You’re willing to learn.

• You think out of the box. You’re curious and creative.

• You’re not scared of pivoting.

• You have developed a deep knowledge about inbound (and outbound) marketing.

• You’ve got some copywriting skills.

• You are collaborative: you love to work with many teams; you’re open and enthusiast, and you love to help others.

• You speak Fluent in French and English.

• You're a total hustler. You don’t fold under pressure; in fact, you thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• And of course, you're a nice girl/guy 😃

BONUS IF:

• You have prior exposure to startup environments

• You’ve already worked on mobile CRM, and have experienced Braze

• You have some coding knowledge (eg HTML5, CSS3, React, Javascript…)

• You have some experience in project management and you can manage multiple projects at various stages in one time

• You’re a Heetch user
