— As part of the Growth Marketing team, you will be the key person to handle, control and develop driver growth in France through all touch points. With a solid analytical background, you will analyse and report on lifecycle dynamics within our Drivers community and will find tactics to enhance acquisition, activation, engagement and to reduce churn, working with acquisition & CRM teams. You will work with the Business Analytics team to understand market evolution and will have access to resources from other teams (Call Hub, online acquisition, etc.) to build clear initiatives to reach your growth objectives. You will always seek new and innovative techniques to reach our business targets, whatever it might be.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Monitor the driver lifecycle and work on a common definition of driver segmentation as a foundation to improve driver engagement at each step of the funnel.

• Identify and lead new projects to improve conversion rates, from a website visit to an active driver (solid knowledges with Hubspot)

• Be accountable for the number of active drivers working on the platform; report on acquisition and activation conversion rates performances on a weekly basis; Identify and lead new projects to improve conversion rates, from a website visit to an active driver.

• Optimise the marketing automation and nurturing processes through CRM Campaigns (Braze, Hubspot). In charge of on boarding, activation, engagement, reactivation, across email, sms, push or in-app messages.

• Understand what drives churn among our existing fleet, lead new user insights studies, and work with the Ops team to monitor and report and competitors’ activity.

• Analyse and report on performances of the campaigns; This include production of lead generation objectives, forecast and measuring overall results.

• Organise the FR call hub planning and key initiatives with business insights in mind (activation, engagement, reengagement, user interviews...) to maximise its efficiency & impact for Heetch.

• Analyse and report on performances of your campaigns; focus on impactful initiatives.

• Suggest and follow implementation of product experimentations with product teams; build proof of concepts to deliver business results (referral program, sign-up website, etc.).

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

CRM Campaign and Customer engagement platform (eg, Hubspot, Braze, Iterable) experience

You are extremely business oriented, you are seeking proof of concepts and can report with ease on your initiatives to different stakeholders within the company.

You manipulate data with ease, and can build dashboards to measure & compare impact of many initiatives.

You understand the core concepts of marketplace dynamics, and are able to interpret data easily.

You’re innovative and won’t be afraid to propose new ideasYou know how to handle and prioritise projects

You are collaborative: you love to work with many teams; you’re open and enthusiastic, and you love to help others.

You speak fluent in French and EnglishAnd of course, you're a nice girl/guy 😃

BONUS

You’ve already worked on mobile CRM, and have experienced Hubspot or Braze

You have solid experience in project management and you can manage multiple projects at various stages in one time
