As a key member of the Global Growth Marketing team, reporting directly to our VP Growth, you will play a crucial role in shaping our CRM Marketing plan for the European and African markets, focusing on driver and passenger engagement. You will have the opportunity to manage a growing budget and implement a strategy that requires a combination of technical expertise, creative thinking, and strategic execution. Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with teams from Analytics, Operations, Marketing, Brand, Engineering, and Product

⚠️ Position will be based in Barcelona (possibility to start in Paris) because of the relocation of the head office to Barcelona in a few months

What you’ll do?

In this role as part of the CRM team, you will take the lead on current and new initiatives, leveraging your strong analytical skills to enhance user loyalty and retention in both European and African markets. Additionally, as you grow in the position, there will be a management component to your responsibilities

- Design, scope, and optimise strategic planning for our two user segments: drivers and passengers, serving as the expert in this area

- Continuously analyse campaign performance and user lifecycle journeys, providing clear, nuanced, and well-reasoned conclusions to improve the team's understanding of their impact and foster a culture of iteration

- Manage and mentor a team of junior CRM specialists, providing guidance and support in customer loyalty and retention strategies

- Ensure the successful execution of the global strategy in the markets under your responsibility

- Become a master of our CRM suite, specialising in the regional context, and provide support and training to the team

What do you need ?

- Strong proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to easily manipulate and derive insights from data. Experience in conducting tests to measure impact and synthesising complex results into actionable recommendations is a plus

- A business-oriented mindset, with a focus on seeking proof of concept and driving tangible results

- A collaborative nature, enjoying working with diverse teams, being open-minded and enthusiastic, and having a genuine desire to help others

- Familiarity with CRM campaigns and customer engagement platforms, such as Braze or Iterable is a nice to have

- Fluent proficiency in both French and English
