Who we are?


HarfangLab is a cybersecurity scale-up, and we have developed an Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) software to detect and mitigate modern cyberattacks on a company's workstations and servers.
Our algorithms detect abnormal behaviors and generate security alerts or block program execution.

From 50 to 115 employees in 18 months
, HarfangLab is experiencing hypergrowth and has already achieved several significant milestones: winners of the Ministry of Defense's cyber challenge in 2019, recipients of the BPI's I-Nov competition in 2020, and software certified by ANSSI in 2021.

Our initial clients include CAC40 industrial companies and government entities. We completed our first funding round of €5 million in 2021 and our second funding round of €25 millions in 2023, which will enable us to strengthen our teams, and to expand internationally in Europe.

Our mission is to protect businesses and government agencies from modern cybersecurity threats
(cybercrime, data theft, influence) that endanger the economic health of companies and the security of the nation.

Why are we hiring?

HarfangLab is a rapidly growing scale-up seeking a Customer Success Manager. We are recruiting new talent to strengthen our leadership position in France and continue our international expansion.


What you will do with us?


As a Customer Success Manager, your role is to actively support our clients and partners in adopting and maximizing the benefits of our solution, while nurturing relationships founded on trust, collaboration, and mutual success.

You will have the opportunity to work with two types of clients: directly with businesses or public organizations, and with partners who use our solution to provide the best service to businesses. This means you will interact with two distinct types of stakeholders, enriching your engagement with the broader cybersecurity ecosystem.


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding your clients' context and needs by regularly engaging with them,
  • Establishing, managing, and nurturing client relationships throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding (first steps with the solution) to running (ongoing use of the solution) and renewal,
  • Acting as the voice of your clients internally, influencing the product roadmap by presenting and translating their needs for feature development,
  • Representing our experts by organizing workshops between your clients and our team members to ensure that developments align with client requirements,
  • Contributing to the commercial strategy by collaborating with HarfangLab's Channel team to promote our offerings to partners, who will express diverse needs compared to end clients.

About you 

Hard Skills

  • You have 4 to 5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, 
  • You have managed complex accounts with multiple stakeholders, 
  • You have been responsible for a portfolio of at least 30-40 clients
  • You already have experience in the technology sector, Knowledge in cybersecurity is a plus.


Soft skills

  • Teamwork is important to you, 
  • You have a strong sense of service: you enjoy being available to help others, 
  • You are solution-oriented: you possess excellent analytical skills and enjoy solving problems, 
  • You are autonomous, versatile, and meticulous, You handle stress well and have strong time management skills, 
  • You have excellent interpersonal and writing skills: you can adapt to diverse stakeholders, such as CISOs, CIOs, analysts, and industry experts.

    The recruitment process

    1. A 30-minutes call with our Talent Acquisition Manager,
    2. A 30-minutes visio interview with the Hiring Manager,
    3. A test to assess your technical skills + a psychometric test, 
    4. A 1 hour on-site interview + 30 minutes with the team for a team fit assessment,
    5. A final HR video appointment to review your soft skills and motivations.
