As part of our strong development, we are looking for a bilingual Dutch-speaking Customer Care Assistant to take care of our adventurous customers in the Dutch-speaking area (Netherlands, Belgium).

You will work under the supervision of the Customer Experience Manager and in collaboration with our HardGuides (product experts):

You will be responsible for:

  • Answering phone calls, live-chat and emails from customers and prospects
  • Solve customer problems by providing a quick and appropriate response
  • To ensure the correct dispatch of parcels and the respect of deadlines
  • Ensure that the Hardloop website is well rated by customers (Reviews+>95%)
  • Participate in the development and optimisation of customer service tools
  • Provide continuous improvement ideas to increase customer satisfaction (NPS >70)
  • Provide technical advice to customers on outdoor equipment would be a plus!

  • You have a sense of customer service
  • You are rigorous and demanding
  • You speak fluent Dutch and have a good knowledge of French
  • You have a good spelling and a very good elocution
  • You have a good sense of detail
  • You are enthusiastic, optimistic, friendly and energetic

A keen interest in the outdoor environment (brands, products, sports, etc.) and regular practice will be highly appreciated. We do well what we do with pleasure!
