Reporting to our Corporate Strategy & M&A Director, your main missions will cover the entire cycle of an acquisition and disposal process:

• Uplift of our existing M&A governance, processes, and tools
• Definition, prioritization, and screening of our M&A plays, in close collaboration with our strategy team
• Analysis of investment/disposal opportunities and presentation of conclusions (strategic, financial, structuring, etc.) to internal decision makers
• Project management in close collaboration with internal stakeholders: the Hager Group's top management and business unit managers as well as the strategy, legal and technical teams
• Management of external stakeholders: counterparts, partners, advisors (investment banks, lawyers, due diligence)
• Valuation, financial modeling and other financial analyzes (impacts, etc.)
• Negotiations from NBO to closing

Profile

Coming from a business or engineering school, you have a first (3+ years) successful experience in corporate M&A or in an M&A firm in contact with the management team.

You speak English fluently, French and German are assets.

You have recognized competencies in corporate finance, company valuation, complex cross-functional project management, with a strong business sense.

You master Excel and Powerpoint, experience with advanced analysis and visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Mekko Graphics) is a plus.

Your sense of communication, your commitment, adaptability, and curiosity will be assets for success.

An affinity for the industrial field is also a plus.
