The ERP Project Manager / Business Analyst will be primarily responsible for leading the ERP project implementation in Europe, working closely with steering committee and business leads
He/She will also assist with the project implementation in a business analyst role.
ERP Project Manager / Business Analyst will be expected to organize, animate and document project meetings
provide detailed requirements analysis/documentation, process mapping, and to coordinate user acceptance testing.

Requirements
6+ years’ experience as a systems business analyst in Wholesale, Consumer Goods, Cosmetics industry with a good technical understanding
Successfully led end to end full lifecycle ERP Projects
Strong Project Management capabilities and proven experience in delivering complex projects
Experience working with various business applications (ERP, CRM, …) and providing second level application support when required
Demonstrable knowledge of business processes and solutions relating to Wholesale/Consumer Goods/Cosmetics business
Fluent in French and English

Ability to analyse business processes using process mapping and develop user stories.
Ability to manage several projects at the same time and assess priorities.

Ability to work autonomously, though collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
Clear, concise, high quality written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work within tight timeframes.
Ability to provide high level service and follow through.
Maintain strong relationships and partnerships with the relevant stakeholders
Demonstrate analytical insights, attention to detail and solution design.

Preferred

Experience with ERP implementation.
Experience with Oracle Netsuite ERP and/or Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365/CRM
Experience with 3PL/4PL and CRM integration
Project Management qualifications (Prince2, PMP, …
)

Main responsibilities

Coordinate/Assist/Lead with the implementation of new systems for the European region
Lead the analysis of each business unit process to define requirements, create reports and documentation.
Provide a consultative approach and listen to requirements to deliver solutions.
Work with the team in developing technical specification documents required for various integration projects within the H&H ecosystem
Work on the integration of the systems within the H&H ecosystem including integration with 3rd party applications and 3rd party teams.
Creation of various business documents including but not restricted to impact assessments, ROI, process maps, handover to support and work instructions
Assist in developing and coordinating testing activities for business projects
Operate in a team environment, contributing to delivery, problem solving and an outstanding creative team culture that supports fast and competitive solutions for the market
Provide first-class and front-line support for daily challenges and questions from team members
Be flexible to work across time zones, and to adjust working times as required to suit businesses in different geographies

Relationships
Internal: Work closely with EU IT team, EU business users and EU Head of departments, as well as with HH Global and regional IT teams.
External: Application vendors, local suppliers

Ensure requirements are gathered in time to be delivered according to project and cadence release plans
Completeness of requirements, measured by the level of post-implementation enhancements

Contract: Full-time, 6 months. To be evaluated potential extension or permanent position
