Role Overview:
This role is to support the development, management and implementation of the H&H Group’s Sustainability Strategy and Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance agenda – the way we consider the relationship between products, business performance, people and the planet.
This is an important function in the ongoing sustainability of H&H Group as an organisation and the role we play in the world in line with our commitment to having a positive impact on society, community, and the environment through our global value chain and footprint.

Key Responsibilities
• Design & Drive the Corporate ESG strategy & commitments.
• Drive the Carbon Reduction strategy in line with SBTI.
• Lead the process for our 2025 commitment to achieve B Corp certification and manage external teams and consultants to deliver on this commitment
• Manage & Improve investors rating scoring
• Provide meaningful input into the development of the Group Sustainability
• Project manage the production of the Group Sustainability Report annually to the HKEx (ensuring compliance with Appendix 27 and GRI standards)
• Coordinate cross-functional sustainability projects and initiatives
• Conduct ideation and training workshops with team of sustainability champions
• Drive consistency and transparency, ensuring the organisation’s core sustainability commitments are maintained, achieved and ultimately exceeded
• Assist teams and individuals to draft sustainability policies and documents such as the Responsible Marketing of Breast-Milk Substitutes Policy and Supplier Code of Conduct
• Manage our auditing and data gathering platforms to ensure appropriate and timely collection and analysis for reporting and strategy input
• Work closely with our external partners and consultants
• Engage H&H Group suppliers globally in ESG management (in conjuction with COO)**

Qualifications and Experience
• 5+ years working in the sustainability field, international experience and knowledge preferred
• Organisational and project management experience
• Experience working in corporate sustainability or with corporate sustainability teams
• Experience working independently
• Experience in processing and analyzing information, and interpreting for reporting purposes
• Strong knowldedge of sustainability reporting bodies and indexes
• Experience in leading cross-functional projects
