Your role within the team
The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible of a portfolio of suppliers, managing the relationship and the performance, while optimising costs. You will contribute to the New Product Development multifunctional process, supporting the process of supplier identification and contributing to the negotiation of the purchasing costs. Ensure compliance to any contracts signed between H&H and our contract manufacturing partners.

Key responsibilities include:
• Be the single point of contact for a defined set of suppliers, defining the procurement strategy for the related products in order to meet company objectives in term of service / cost / cash, handling the commercial relationship with the support of the Senior Procurement Manager.
• Identify and implement simplification opportunities on our procurement / supply chain related processes.
• Contribute to the New Product Development process supporting the procurement of the initiatives (supplier identification / cost management).
• Maintain vendor KPIs on quality, price and supply capability, and drive improvement action plan whenever applicable.
• Maintain COGS master file and ensure related maintenance in the ERP.
• Send and follow purchasing orders
• Monitoring data management to keep accurate product, contract, & pricing information.
• Monitor current and future market conditions and trends that will potentially affect the cost of purchased materials and services.

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Sourcing/Procurement. Experience in working with Fast-moving consumer goods, beauty, or food.
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, Powerpoint
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
• Fluent in French and English
