The Master Data Co-Ordinator provides data governance around Oracle NetSuite ERP, Dynamics 365 ERP System, MDM and related master data in other applications to ensuring the accuracy, consistency and integrity of the data that drives the business processes. This requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, as well as the drive and determination to accomplish tasks quickly and efficiently. The Master Data Coordinator works with a broad range of key stakeholders to ensure that data remains relevant to the functions it is driving and following the group data governance standards and process within the organization.

Missions

• The primary focus of this role will be creation and maintenance of Material Masters and Bills of Materials across a portfolio of products in support of New Product Introductions and technical/regulatory changes for established products, (full material ‘life-cycle’, creation).

• Support in MDM project, including business requirement analysis, data platform solution design, user testing & user training; Responsible for other master data (including supplier, distributor, product price, ect) maintenance and management with MDM project rollout.

• You need to ensure that the master data is complete, accurate and maintained aligning with the data standards and  SOP, so there are no interruptions to business operation and data usage.

• In addition, you will process data efficiently and will follow predefined processes or create new where relevant to ensure consistency and compliance.

• Keep data governance mindset and lead data quality as well as data process SLA continuous improvement driving.

• Implement new business process around master data management for new projects/business.

• Responsible for MDM system management & data governance tool in related domain.
