Strategic and Operational Manager (F/H)

You will benefit from an attractive compensation package including the prospect of a significant increase to your base after one year and profit sharing based on your results after 2 successful years in the Group.

As a member of our recently established Operational Leadership Unit, you will rely on your bicultural awareness of France and the USA to act as strategic and operational business partner for our Magnesium US subsidiary in the Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Your primary activities will include:

-The analysis and identification of keys areas of development (organic growth) for our Magnesium Subsidiary based in the USA
-The implementation of an action plan, in coordination with the local and corporate leadership team, to grow the Magnesium subsidiary’s business activities and commercial presence in the USA

-A structured onboarding which combines trainings on the Fundamentals of the Group, our Global Magnesium Activity, and the Magnesium Subsidiary in the USA

Profil recherché

What we expect from you:

-Highly developed bicultural awareness of both France and the USA
-A high level of flexibility and professional mobility
-Ready to relocate to Minneapolis, Minnesota (occasional travel)
-The desire to establish your career and to invest in the long-term growth of our Group and our US Magnesium Subsidiary
-Bilingual English and professional fluency in French

Our ideal candidate has :

-4 to 8 years corporate or consulting experience in Sales Strategy, Market Entry, and/or Business Development
-Cultural awareness of the US business mentality via a personal or professional experience in the US, including work, a V.I.E. or education
-A strong business acumen demonstrated by professional achievements
-Driven and passionate with a natural curiosity and the ability to self-reflect and approach new challenges with an open mind
-Preferable: Direct experience and/or interest in agriculture/plant or animal nutrition, or B2B technically specified product sales
