Belgian company founded in 1995, and subsidiary of Groupe Roullier since 2020, Paticeo Belgium is nowadays one of the leading companies in the production of American inspired bakery products.

 

Sales Manager DACH

(Germany/Austria/Switzerland).

Key accountabilities :

 
• Sales:
o Define and implement the commercial strategy for your region
o Manage and grow existing customer portfolios
o Identify and develop new business opportunities
o Handle distribution networks (importers, direct clients, etc.)
o Anticipate customer needs and deliver tailored solutions

• Communication:
o Internal communication of customers’ needs
o Transmit information received from customers to internal services 
o Feed information from internal services (Production, R&D, etc.) to the customer 



Profil recherché

Profil :

•Higher education degree in business or a related field
•Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in the food industry, ideally with key account and export exposure
Experience in Foodservice (RHF) is a strong asset—and the willingness to work across both Retail & Foodservice with a focus on Foodservice.
•Strong communication skills, structured and persuasive
•Autonomous, entrepreneurial mindset, and results-driven
•Fluent in German and English and/or French.  Other languages are a plus.
•Organized, rigorous, and able to synthesize complex information
•You have good interpersonal skills, are responsive and rigorous
•You are down to earth and value a good team spirit
•You are proficient in IT
