Marketing Group Manager - Fragrance H/F.
Reporting to the Head of Make Up, Fragrance & Animations, you are responsible for the Fragrance category and manage and coach a team of Marketing Project Managers in an entrepreneurial and motivating culture. 
Your responsibilities are:

• Develop a relevant strategic vision for your range regarding the market stakes, our business priorities and our Brand challenges
• Coach your team in creating consistent, relevant, distinctive and customer-oriented product concepts
• Deploy the product development strategy defined for your range in time and budget constraints
• Perform accurate and relevant communication/media briefs and ensure compliance in the implementation with the communication and Customer Experience teams
• Ensure the performance of your team: 2 project managers and 2 trainees

Profile:
You have at least 5 years of significant experience in marketing strategy management and fragrance product development.  You are motivated to raise the stakes of the Fragrance market and take it to the next level.    Creative, and constantly listening to your market, you are proactive and bring new directions to the potential of your range.  You combine a spirit of innovation, synthesis, rigour and responsiveness.  Your autonomy and your interpersonal skills allow you to unite and carry out your projects.
